Senpai Mike has practiced martial arts for over 20 years.  He achieved the rank of 2nd degree black belt, in Seido, at the beginning of June 2007.  Mike has over 14 years of martial arts teaching experience and currently helps with instruction at the Downtown YMCA Sunday classes and substitute teaches for the WAC classes.
