Senpai Kristen promoted to Shodan at World Seido Karate Honbu in New York in June of 2008. She teaches children's and women's self defense classes at the Northshore YMCA. Her daughters Annalise, Kassandra and Natalie and her husband Santiago also train in Seido Karate.
