Senpai Bill is an instructor for children's classes and teen/adult classes at the Northshore YMCA. He also assists with children's classes at Dale Turner YMCA. He has trained in Seido Karate since 1997, and promoted to 2nd dan at World Seido Headquarters in 2007. He is also the Seattle Seido webmaster.
